What are your hours?

My business hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10am - 6pm

Sessions can be scheduled Monday through Thursday 10am - 6pm. Friday and Saturdays 10am - 8pm

Where are you located?

Enchanted Portraits is located at 29 N. Main street in Masontown, WV. We are across the street from the Post Office, connected to the Hot Spot.

Metered parking is available in front, along the road or free parking on the side of the building. 

Do you accept walk ins or appointments?

For most sessions, appointments are required. However, on days when I run themed specials, walk-ins are a go. 

How much do you charge?

All of our sessions are custom because here at Enchanted Portraits you only purchase what you love.  Depending on the type of session, we have a session fee. Between $50 to $100. During your reveal of images, you choose what you want to purchase. We offer everything from prints, albums, cards, products and canvases. 

What are the payment options?

I accept credit cards, cash, checks, and gift cards.

Cash is not kept on premises or on photographer so please bring exact change. If exact change is not available, I can place the difference on a digital gift card for future use. 

Returned checks will incur a $45 NSF fee. 

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel 30+ days prior No problems! Less than 30 days, its harder to fill in that time frame. Therefore, Enchanted Portraits requires a retainer fee when booking your session. This in not extra. It is a portion of your total package. This is a rundown of canceling with 48 hours. More info provided below in the Ugly details section

When cancelling, we allow you to transfer that booking fee to reschedule a new date 1 time and must be done 48 prior to your session date.

If you are unable to give 48 hour notice, you may transfer the session to a friend or family member They must use the same planned date, time and set as in your contract and be able to pay the remaining balance prior to the session starting. Less than 24 hours notice, you give up your right to have fee transferred to new date or client. 

 Notification of any changes must be made by phone along with written notice sent via email for documentation.

Mini session are typically scheduled with multiple clients in a one day time frame that are special offers, because of this sessions cannot be rescheduled unless multiple days are being offers and openings are available. If you cannot make it to your session date and time, photographer will allow you to transfer non-refundable retainer/ session fee over to a friend or family member. YOU MUST INFORM PHOTOGRAPHER OF SAID TRANSFER PRIOR TO SESSION SO THAT THE NEW PARTIES CAN SIGN CONTRACT. New party must keep your session date and time and be able to pay any remaining balance due.

Weather cancellations will be made at the photographers discretions.


What type of photography services do I offer?

I offer a variety of portrait sessions such as maternity, newborn, glamour, boudoir, family, ect. 

We offer professional prints and products from several labs. 

I do some small weddings. No large weddings at this time as I don't have a second shooter.

Photo editing and some restorating.

What are my goals for my clients?

I want my clients to have the full experience. From the moment you book with me, I'm all yours to assist you with everything from planning, outfits, portrait arrangements and sizing in your home, gift purchasing and more! If it comes down to it, we'll go shopping together and make this 100% custom! 

Ugle Details

All the things we don't wanna deal with.... but totally necessary!

1.Session Fees- This is our commitment to each other ensuring that I won't book anyone else in that timeframe and you're ensuring to be there! They cover my time planning, shooting and editing your images. 

2. Refunds- Image this.. You commit your time and space to someone - No one else was allowed to book this spot... Last minute they cancel. Time is money and now no one is coming...Soooo because of that happening so many times ~ Cancel 30+ days prior and I can refund 100% minus and purchases made for your session. 15 + days and I can refund 50% minus expenses. It's getting tough to fill a spot in less than 2 weeks. 14 days or less... sorry session fee is NON REFUNDABLE... However look at # 3 and # 4

3. Reschedule- I can reschedule your session up to 48 hours if it is in studio. Unfortunately, because some places take permits I cannot reschedule on my own terms. Also I only permit one reschedule. I know shit happens but I also have business expenses and a family to feed. After one reschedule, additional session fees will apply. Same with reveal appointments. 1 reschedule is free, afterwards $50 charge to schedule time. 

4. Transfers- I am so easy to work with... really I am. If you MUST cancel and CANNOT reschedule, you may transfer or gift your session. New client MUST sign contract before session and agree to terms...

5. Reshoots- Are at full discretion of photographer based on technical issues, weather, or illness... NOT because little becky didn't smile at all or hubby didn't iron his shirt.

6. Image Storage- Viewing/ ordering/ reveal appointments must be within 30 days from when I contact you to tell you images are ready. After 30 days, all images are purged to be deleted so that we can clear hard drives of the massive amount of files. If you need additional time, you must contact before 30 days and pay an archival fee of $150 for 1 year. If you order within 14 days of archival, fee will be used as a print credit.
